Right clicking on the taskbar results in a message saying "windows explorer is not responding". Task manager also does not come up. Make sure you have Microsofts Service pack 2 and Microsofts Windows Defender.If you don't like Microsoft, which I feel is "not good enough" try out Spybot Search and Destroy or a TagsHow-TosWindows10 Found this article helpful?

However, in order to get the free upgrade to Windows 10 we had to ‘upgrade'. If I do reinstall though, I need to know how to export my registry so I don't have to reinstall 100+ programs! Have you tried starting Windows 7 in Safe Mode ( press F8 before Windows boots) and then do a System Restore to before the problem began? Now though, it booted up correctly and everything seemed fine, but when I went to open another program from the super-bar (taskbar), nothing was clickable.
